LAZ Parking in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Overnight Garage Porter / Custodian Specialist. This part-time role pays $16.00/hr and runs Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11pm to 7am. A valid driver's license is required.

You will maintain garages and surface lots, perform routine cleaning and light maintenance, assist customers, and help keep facilities safe and welcoming. LAZ emphasizes a people-first culture with training, uniforms, paid time off and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with general facility maintenance preferred.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Valid driver’s license (DL) required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garages and surface lots daily.
• Perform general maintenance tasks (sweeping, wiping surfaces, trash, painting).
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep.
• Operate garage/floor equipment as needed to keep floors clean and safe.
• Greet customers by name and resolve issues promptly with a caring attitude.
• Provide vehicle assistance and assist in lobbies and parking office.
• Support cashiering functions as needed.
• Complete maintenance checklist daily.
