• Assist with facilities upkeep and minor repairs as needed.
• Operate garage sweepers or scrubbers when required.
• Greet customers, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build rapport.
• Provide vehicle assistance and assist customers in lobbies and offices.
• Promote premier customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
