Job summary

LAZ Parking Northwest, LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a part-time Garage Maintenance Porter to maintain garages and surface lots daily. You will interact with customers, handle disputes, and support multiple departments to ensure clean, safe facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with general facility maintenance required.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garages and surface lots daily.
• General maintenance: sweeping, wiping, trash, light bulbs, painting.
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep.
• Operate floor sweeper or scrubber as needed to keep floors clean and safe.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and communicate between departments.
• Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
