LAZ Parking is hiring a Maintenance / Garage Porter in University Circle, OH, to keep garages and surface lots clean and safe. The role operates FT Mon-Fri 10a-6p in a customer-facing environment, ensuring daily upkeep and assisting customers as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience with general facility maintenance preferred.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garages and surface lots daily.
• Perform sweeping, cleaning, trash removal, light bulb changes, painting.
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep.
• Operate garage floor sweeper or scrubber as needed.
• Complete daily maintenance checklist efficiently and timely.
• Greet customers by name and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide vehicle assistance in garages and surface lots.
• Assist customers via intercom, in lobbies, lanes and parking office.
• Promote premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
