Job summary

Key West Historic Inns is seeking an experienced Overnight Manager to take ownership of the Collection during the overnight hours. As the Manager on Duty, you’ll lead Front Office and Night Audit operations and respond to guest needs and escalations.

You’ll conduct property walkthroughs, address safety concerns, and ensure nightly procedures are completed accurately, communicating updates to the morning leadership team to start each day strong.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable learning and working with hotel systems and technology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the overnight collection operations and be the primary leadership presence during the night.
• Oversee Front Office and Night Audit operations.
• Respond to guest needs and escalation requests.
• Conduct nightly property walkthroughs and address safety concerns.
• Ensure nightly procedures are completed accurately and communicated to morning leadership.
• Help set the inns up for a strong start to each new day.
