Job summary

Key West Historic Inns Collection in Key West, FL is seeking an experienced Overnight Manager to lead the collection during the overnight hours, overseeing Front Office and Night Audit operations and ensuring guest needs are met.

As Manager on Duty, you’ll perform nightly walkthroughs, address safety concerns, communicate updates to morning leadership, and set the inns up for a successful start to the day across Winslow’s Bungalows, Lighthouse Hotel, Ridley House, Ella’s Cottages, and Fitch

Qualifications

• Previous hotel supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office and Night Audit operations during overnight hours.
• Respond to guest needs and escalations and maintain high service levels.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and address operational or safety concerns.
• Ensure nightly procedures are completed accurately and report to morning leadership.
• Set inns up for a successful start to each new day.

Key West Historic Inns is seeking an experienced Overnight Manager to take ownership of our Collection during the overnight hours. As the Manager on Duty, you’ll be the primary leadership presence overnight, overseeing Front Office and Night Audit operations, responding to guest needs and escalations, conducting property walkthroughs, and addressing operational or safety concerns that may arise throughout the night.You’ll also ensure nightly procedures are completed accurately, communicate important updates to the morning leadership team, and help set our inns up for a successful start to each new day.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, guest service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the overnight operation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous Front Office or Night Audit experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable learning and working with hotel systems and technology
• Dependable, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
