Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, NH is seeking an Overnight Front Office Manager to oversee guest check-in/out and deliver courteous, professional service through the night shift.

You will work with the Director of Front Office on nightly procedures, manage night audits, and ensure Omni standards are met. Candidates should have luxury hotel experience and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.
• Four year college degree in hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of property management systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Train associates to Omni Standards.
• Communicate with department managers nightly.
• Address guest complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Operate hotel computer systems for training and troubleshooting.
• Complete weekly inventories to maintain pars.
• Prepare rate discrepancy reports and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate VIP and special requests for arrivals.
• Collaborate with Loyalty Ambassador to track select guests.
