Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is seeking friendly Front Desk/Guest Service Associates in Bretton Woods, NH. You will direct calls, assist guests, and log service requests with a focus on delivering exceptional service across all hotel amenities.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing check-outs, and maintaining front office knowledge while supporting a positive guest experience and team collaboration in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Clear and professional English communication.
• Accurate input of information into computer systems.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers.
• Multitask, prioritize, organize and follow up.
• Previous customer service experience and cashiering preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct calls to appropriate personnel and assist guests and associates.
• Answer all incoming hotel phone calls using proper protocol.
• Log and track guest requests and service issues in the systems.
• Process guest check-outs in line with Moments of Service.
• Assist guests with dialing instructions and ensure wake-up calls are logged.
• Maintain knowledge of Front Office procedures and hotel facilities.
