Four Seasons Houston is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to manage the front desk during late shifts and support day staff on other shifts. You will ensure seamless guest experiences, supervise frontline teams, and uphold Four Seasons’ service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• 1–2 years of Front Desk Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create daily operations reports for the Resort.
• Tour the hotel to monitor departments and support staff.
• Handle guest relocations per guidelines and resolve issues.
• Address guest inquiries with hospitality and professionalism; provide touchpoints.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures and billing, update Special Attention Guests/Groups.
• Ensure credit and financial procedures are followed; review transactions.
• Respond to hotel emergencies, maintaining safety and guest well‑being.
