Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Surfside, FL. You will work independently with strong communication and customer service skills, greet residents, monitor access, and respond to emergencies while maintaining logs and safety procedures.

This role requires multitasking and attention to detail in a security-focused environment, with potential additional duties from the property manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
• Monitor Emergency Response System and Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
