FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Boca Raton, FL to work nights with independence and strong communication skills. You will greet residents, check guests and service providers, and operate electronic security systems while maintaining accurate daily logs and forms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College-level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors Emergency Response System and access controls.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows up on complaints/issues.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
