Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate for our Boca Raton community. You will work independently, greeting residents and visitors, monitoring access control, and maintaining logs with precision.

In this full-time role, you’ll use strong communication skills to handle emergency procedures, operate security systems, and provide excellent customer service. Weekend night shifts are required, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Computer literacy in information systems hardware/software preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Resolves and follows-up on complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
