Responsibilities include checking guests in and out during overnight hours, delivering warm, professional service, handling requests and emergencies, promoting hotel amenities, and processing reservations and payments with careful attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or reception experience required; hospitality experience is a strong plus.
• Polished, professional, and friendly demeanor with outstanding communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and composed in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable multitasking and making sound decisions independently during overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing white-glove customer service

We're partnering with a resort in Ogunquit, ME to find an Overnight Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with excellent benefits and the chance to work at one of Maine's top destinations.

Location: Ogunquit, ME

Schedule: Full-time, Overnight (11:00 PM-7:00 AM)

Pay: $23-26/hour (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Perm
