Home2 Suites Plymouth is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to welcome guests and provide outstanding hospitality from check-in to check-out. You will assist with reservations, guest requests, and inquiries while handling payments and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a welcoming, reliable team member who can work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, delivering a consistent, exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
