Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sauk City is seeking a Night Audit Agent to be the guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay. You will register guests, manage reservations, and provide information on rooms, rates, and amenities to ensure a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or receptionist experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Overnight position and night audit responsibilities.
• Balance days reports, credit cards, and management reports.
• Handle all check-in/check-out tasks and manage reservations.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit card data.
• Register guests with required contact details and stay dates.
• Greet guests on arrival and assign rooms, providing hotel information.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and well furnished.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange services for VIPs and event attendees.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
