Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Maize seeks a Night Auditor to manage the overnight front desk and complete nightly accounting tasks from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. You will register guests, handle reservations, prepare daily reports, and balance transactions to ensure accurate financial outcomes.

The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality, a high school diploma, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. You will maintain guest service standards, follow brand procedures, and support security

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and make reservations.
• Prepare daily reports and balance transactions.
• Open and close night audit procedures.
• Balance the day’s cashiering and ledger items.
• Maintain Front Office computer system operation overnight.
• Provide excellent guest service during overnight shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am).
• Follow safety and emergency procedures and company policies.
