Holiday Inn in Leawood, KS is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to cover 11 pm–7 am shifts. This role balances guest service with nightly accounting tasks and offers a steady entry point for those pursuing hospitality careers.

You will check in guests, handle requests, balance day-end accounts, respond to emergencies, and help forecast and audit preparations while maintaining a welcoming, accurate front desk operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar hospitality role.
• Experience with accounting and facilities management software.
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Check-in guests, answer phones, and take reservations.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests; handle emergencies.
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors, distribute employee checks.
• Reconcile accounts and balance the cash drawer.
• Log receipts and maintain accurate financial ledgers.
• Assist with forecasts and audits to ensure smooth operations.
