Job summary

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work late/overnight shifts and cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling hotel cashier transactions and guest billings.
• Perform check-in and check-out duties and handle reservations.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and month-end statements.
• Monitor and reconcile Front Desk and F&B cashiers’ work and credit card transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of numbers and timely communication of issues to management.
