Job summary

Highgate Hotels’ Residence Inn Exton in Exton, PA is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions and prepare management reports. The role includes check-in/check-out duties, reservations, and switchboard operations, with a focus on accurate billing and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling all hotel cashier transactions and reviews; ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Communicate concerns to management and perform guest service duties (check-in/check-out, reservations, switchboard).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports and prepare Daily Operating Reports.
• Prepare month-end reports and distribute required reports to hotel leadership.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers’ work; manage credit card transactions on time.
