Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions, review management reports, and ensure accurate guest billings and city ledger entries. The role includes guest service duties such as check-in/check-out and switchboard operations.

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, and be able to work late or overnight shifts with strong numerical and communication skills. Training across hotel departments may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Basic accounting and financial data understanding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and audit reports.
• Perform guest check-in/out and switchboard duties as needed.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.
• Maintain accuracy of city ledger and credit card settlements.
• Communicate issues to management clearly and timely.
• Cross-train in other accounting or hotel areas.
