Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Front Office team. This overnight role combines guest service with nightly financial closing, ensuring accuracy and security of the previous day’s balances.

You’ll balance cash, process deposits, and input revenue/expenses in the front office system, handling check-ins/outs and guest inquiries while maintaining a professional, friendly attitude during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or six months to one year of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Must be a people-person with strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, and reconcile credit cards.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Perform front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, and guest requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
