Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions and prepare daily management reports. The role includes check-in/out support, switchboard duties, and reservations. Strong numerical skills, confidentiality, and a customer‑focused approach are essential.

Hourly compensation applies with a willingness to work late hours. The position requires basic computer skills and a warm, professional demeanor for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Guest Service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Late/Overnight shift.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Able to communicate effectively with employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and manage guest billing accuracy.
• Provide guest services during check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Review and compile daily management reports and city ledger transactions.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers’ work and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily, monthly reports and operating reports.
• Maintain attendance and confidentiality; respond to inquiries and guest requests.
