Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions, compile management reports, and ensure accurate guest billing. The role includes audit of daily financials and providing timely reports to management.

The Night Auditor will also assist with guest services such as check-in/check-out and reservations, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and guest satisfaction in a full-time shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Late/Overnight shift and flexible hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports according to hotel standards.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers' work.
• Input and update financial information into corporate systems.
• Assist with guest services including check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Maintain regular attendance and provide excellent guest service.
