Job summary

Ignite Hotels invites a Night Auditor to support overnight operations by delivering guest service and completing nightly audits. The role emphasizes accuracy in balancing transactions and timely reporting.

Greet guests during overnight check-in/out, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping for early morning needs while maintaining front desk standards and security throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred; night audit or hotel front desk experience a plus.
• Basic accounting, cash handling, or audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during overnight check-in and check-out.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally during overnight hours.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and audit procedures.
• Maintain brand, product, and service standards at the front desk and lobby.
• Monitor the property overnight to support guest safety and security.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for early morning needs or urgent issues.
• Answer phones, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
