Job summary

Ignite Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight guest services, perform nightly audits, and prepare daily financial reports. This role supports security, accuracy, and smooth operations in a hospitality-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has customer service or front desk experience, basic accounting, and comfort with PMS systems such as Opera or HotelKey. You will work overnight, weekends, and holidays as needed, upholding Ignite Hotels' standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred; night audit or hotel front desk experience a plus.
• Basic accounting, cash handling, or audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight check-in and check-out.
• Complete nightly audits and balance daily transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Handle guest requests and respond to concerns overnight.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and card processing procedures.
• Maintain front desk and lobby standards.
• Monitor the property overnight for guest safety and security.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for early-morning needs.
• Answer phones and manage emails.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
