The Barnett in New Orleans seeks a reliable Night Auditor to balance nightly revenue, run end-of-day reports, and deliver exceptional guest service overnight. Education includes a high school diploma; prior front desk or night audit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel front desk, night audit, or accounting preferred.
• Experience with Opera Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily night audit procedures including balancing and reconciling hotel revenue, payments and guest accounts.
• Run, review and verify daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Process reservations, cancellations and no-shows; assist guests with check-in/out and billing inquiries.
• Greet, register and provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight shifts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports for management review.
