Job summary

Titan AMG is seeking a capable front desk professional for night audit and overnight shifts. The role emphasizes guest service, accurate financial reconciliation, and seamless coordination with morning teams. You will handle check-ins/outs, balance accounts, and respond to emergencies with professionalism.

Experience with Hilton OnQ and PEP is strongly preferred, and associates in Hospitality are encouraged to apply. This on-site position offers competitive pay and an overnight differential.

Qualifications

• Guest service excellence required.
• Overnight audit and front desk skills preferred.
• Experience with Hilton OnQ and PEP systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with warm welcomes and efficient check-ins/check-outs.
• Audit and balance hotel accounts including room revenue and incidentals.
• Prepare daily financial reports and ensure postings are accurate.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling guest requests, incidents, or emergencies.
• Communicate with departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and professional front desk atmosphere.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel, attractions, dining, and transport.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality policies are upheld.
