My Place Hotel – Jamestown, ND is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our team. This overnight role combines guest service with nightly financial duties, keeping the front desk running smoothly while the world sleeps.

You’ll handle check-ins/check-outs, perform the nightly audit, balance daily transactions, answer phones, and prepare daily reports. The position offers a part-time schedule (11:00 PM–7:00 AM), with 16–24 hours per week and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Overnight work must be comfortable and independent.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge; willingness to learn hotel systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with financial transactions.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professional service during overnight hours.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and balance payments.
• Perform the nightly audit and balance the day’s financial transactions.
• Answer phones, assist guests, and respond to questions professionally.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain front desk records/logs.
• Promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program.
• Conduct routine security walks and check entrances, halls, and parking lot.
• Assist with light cleaning, laundry, stocking supplies, and coffee.
• Report maintenance, safety, or guest service concerns to management.
