My Place Hotel – Dickinson is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and perform nightly financial reconciliation. The role combines guest service with property monitoring while working independently and delivering excellent guest experiences.

The position requires strong attention to detail, cash handling discipline, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-focused attitude with professional demeanor.
• Good cash handling and financial record discipline.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities overnight.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and hotel systems).
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Reliable attendance and performance.
• Night audit or front desk experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as overnight front desk representative for late check-ins and inquiries.
• Process guest folios including room charges, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees per policy.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and maintain records.
• Maintain Front Desk Log and review notes from previous shifts.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, local dining, and attractions.
• Operate the telephone system and manage wake-up calls.
• Perform laundry and light cleaning; keep lobby and front desk stocked.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and report any concerns.
• Deliver items to guests.
• Support overnight hotel needs with additional tasks as required.
