Job summary

My Place Hotel - Dickinson is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations, ensure guest safety, and deliver friendly service during the night shift. This role requires organization, independence, and a focus on accuracy.

As the primary overnight contact, you will perform nightly audits, handle guest folios, and maintain logs while assisting guests with late check-ins and local information.

Qualifications

• Front desk or night audit experience preferred but not required.
• Able to accurately process guest folios and cash.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as overnight front desk representative for late check-ins, early departures, reservations, and inquiries.
• Process guest folios, room charges, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees per hotel policy.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and maintain cash records, call logs, and other required documentation.
• Maintain Front Desk Log and review notes from previous shifts, recording overnight activity.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, room types, accessibility features, and local restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
• Operate the telephone system, manage wake-up calls, and document confirmations/cancellations.
