My Place Hotel – Jamestown, ND is seeking a dependable Guest Service Representative for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations, and assist with front desk duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and able to multitask while handling cash and hotel software. Prior hotel experience is helpful but not required, with training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs and manage reservations.
• Process room charges, taxes, store purchases, and pet fees.
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional, solution-focused manner.
• Promote the Stay Rewarded loyalty program and hotel amenities.
• Provide recommendations for local restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
• Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, and handle wake-up calls.
• Process credit card authorizations and cash transactions.
• Complete required logs and shift paperwork.
