Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly by posting revenues and reconciling ledgers.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly, even at 3 AM.
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries.
• Keep guest information secure and maintain confidentiality.
