Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required.
• Marriott experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest information securely.
• Process cash and credit card transactions.
• Sell amusement park tickets.
• Balance daily room revenues and reconcile posting errors.
• Balance F&B revenues via Micros poll.
• Complete the audit and rollover PMS to the next business day.
• Address guest concerns per Marriott guest recovery process.
• Communicate with other shifts and management.
• Supervise the watchman duties.
• Stock the Market and assist with breakfast setup.
• Respond to emergencies per hotel protocol.
• Adhere to uniform and attendance policies and company code of conduct.
