Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Charlotte requests a Night Auditor to balance daily revenues and act as the overnight front desk agent. The role ensures accurate accounting of hotel income and support for the front desk operations.

The NA will prepare daily management reports, handle cash and card transactions, issue room keys, assist guests, and coordinate with management to resolve discrepancies while upholding Sonesta standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
• Strong cash handling and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Opera systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room revenue, F&B revenue and telephone revenue.
• Prepare daily reports and end-of-period packs.
• Register guests, issue keys, and provide hotel information.
• Process cash and card transactions per procedures; secure deposits.
