Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desirable experience in front office or night audit roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS and basic accounting practices.
• Cash handling experience and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-in/check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address guest requests.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest data.
• Conduct detailed nightly financial audits and reconciliations.
• Prepare reports (Night Audit, Revenue, Occupancy) for management.
• Close daily financial activities and balance cash drawer.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and property overnight.
• Adhere to policies, ethics, and sustainability initiatives.
