PAH Management seeks a Night Auditor to balance daily transactions, close the business day in the PMS, and ensure guests feel welcomed after hours. You will manage nightly audits, generate revenue reports, and address billing discrepancies with precision.

The role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of accounting basics, and experience with hotel PMS. Prior night audit or front desk experience is preferred for a smooth transition to overnight operations in Baton Rouge, LA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with hotel property management systems or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently and reliably.
• Previous night audit or front desk experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Hospitality, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Run and complete the nightly audit in the property management system, balancing daily revenue transactions.
• Prepare and distribute the daily revenue report and other operational reports.
• Identify, research, and resolve billing discrepancies; document unresolved issues.
• Ensure all accounts are posted and closed before end-of-day reports.
• Maintain records per hotel policies and Marriott brand standards.
• Serve as the front desk overnight associate, handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a solution-focused approach.
• Answer calls professionally and route inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and loyalty programs.
• Conduct regular security walks and monitor entrances for safety.
• Follow emergency procedures and escalate as needed.
