Job summary

Phoenix American Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to balance nightly transactions, close the day in the PMS, and serve as the overnight front desk associate in Baton Rouge, LA. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and maintain security throughout the overnight shift.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic accounting knowledge, experience with PMS systems, and strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with hotel property management systems or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Balance nightly transactions and close out the business day in the PMS.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and operational reports.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies; escalate where needed.
• Serve as overnight front desk associate handling check-ins/check-outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries with a solution-first mindset.
• Conduct regular security walks and monitor entrances.
