Job summary

Shaner Hotels in Baltimore is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily revenue and guest services on the overnight shift at the Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore McHenry Row.

You will handle check-ins/outs, cash handling, nightly reporting, and guest issue resolution while ensuring top-notch service and adherence to hotel policies.

Experience in customer service and basic computer skills preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Attendance on night audit shift duties including balancing revenue and expenses and performing front desk functions.
