Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests during the night audit and front desk shift, balancing revenue and expenses.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process all check-ins and check-outs per hotel standards.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments.
