Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience in upscale hotels; night audit experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and accounting software.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct the nightly audit through the hotel's automated PMS to reconcile daily financial activities.
• Provide front desk services during night hours, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Review and generate nightly reports detailing occupancy, revenue, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Security and other departments to address overnight issues.
• Ensure guest safety, data privacy, and adherence to hotel policies.
