Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• HS diploma or GED required; college in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
• Experience with hotel management software and front desk operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service orientation required.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting Four Diamond service standards.
• Must obtain TIPS alcohol awareness certification.
• Must obtain Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission license.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and facilitate swift check-in/check-out.
• Manage room bookings and reservations, including walk-ins.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant services to fulfill requests.
• Handle billing and payments, including adjustments and room charges.
• Provide guests with information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Assist guests with dining, entertainment, and activity planning.
• Maintain pass-down log of guest interactions, transactions, reservations, and incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
