Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a part-time Member Services Rep Front Desk for an overnight shift at our Tyler, TX location. You will deliver high-quality member service, keep the club clean, and stay proficient with the Planet Fitness app and POS systems.

You will balance cash drawers, input member data, and support membership promotions while maintaining a safe environment and enforcing policies. This role requires reliability and strong communication with the team and members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certifications required before working alone.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned overnight shift and perform duties to best of ability.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Audit cash drawers and balance daily.
• Promote member services and assist prospects.
