Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative (Overnight) to greet members, check in guests, and process payments at the front desk. You will be the face and voice of the club during overnight shifts, delivering a welcoming, professional experience and promoting available amenities.

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately per policy.
• Process payments for amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Promote retail products and club services to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
• Collaborate with team and support club events and promotions.
