Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate in New York to deliver exceptional member service in a Judgement Free Zone. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, manage signups and tours, and help resolve concerns with a friendly, professional approach.

The role involves shift work, standing for long periods, basic computer tasks, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment. CPR/AED certification readiness is encouraged. benefits vary by full-time status.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, and cancellations and collect balances.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize equipment and facilities daily.
