Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Audit Agent to manage overnight hotel operations and serve as Manager on Duty as needed. You will ensure accurate night audit processing, guest registration, and handling of VIP and out-of-order lists.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling experience, and the ability to work overnight. English communication, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high propensity for customer service.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Previous night audit experience strongly preferred.
• Previous full service hotel/resort front office experience required.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with guests and staff.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers within and outside the department.
• Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.
• Ability to work well under pressure with high arrivals and departures.
• Must live within 50 miles of the hotel.
• Overnight shift is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overnight hotel operations and serves as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Prepares the Daily Report (DBS) accurately and on time.
• Resolves guest issues diplomatically and promptly.
• Is fully knowledgeable of all emergency procedures.
• Prepares VIP, comp, staff, and out-of-order room lists accurately.
• Ensures proper guest registration and credit procedures.
• Distributes nightly reports and balances postings.
• Processes guaranteed no-show billings efficiently.
• Maintains current back-up reports.
• Handles Express Check-Outs to completion.
