Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality night audit operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication in English.

• Experience with hotel front desk operations preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and manage stress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations and assume Manager on Duty as needed.
• Prepare the Daily Report (DBS) timely and accurately.
• Resolve guest issues diplomatically.
• Know emergency procedures.
• Prepare VIP, comp, house use, and out-of-order lists.
• Register guests and process credit procedures.
• Distribute nightly reports.
• Process guaranteed no-show billings.
• Maintain backup reports.
• Handle Express Check-Outs.
• Follow systems and control procedures.
• Complete Night Audit checklist and responsibilities.
• Balance daily postings and revenue.
