Job summary

Omni Hotels in Bedford is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure smooth nightly operations and uphold four-star standards. You will check guests in and out, balance daily postings, and handle guest issues with diplomacy.

The role requires overnight shifts, strong English communication, and prior hotel front-office experience. You will collaborate with night teams, maintain accurate reports, and ensure compliance with all procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a high propensity for customer service and be guest-focused.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Previous night audit experience strongly preferred.
• Previous full service hotel/resort front office experience required.
• Clear and pleasant English communication with guests and colleagues, in person and by phone.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers and manage duties across shifts.
• Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up under pressure.
• Overnight shift availability and ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Live within 50 miles of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate preparation of the Daily Report (DBS).
• Expeditious and diplomatic resolution of guest problems.
• Fully knowledgeable in all emergency procedures.
• Accurate preparation of VIP, complimentary, house use rooms, and out of order lists.
• Ensure proper registration of guests and credit procedures are followed.
• Distribution of all nightly reports.
• Efficient processing of guaranteed no show billings.
• Maintain current back up reports.
• Handling Express Check-Outs ensuring their completion.
• Ensuring adherence to all systems and control procedures.
• Ensuring that third shift Night Audit checklist and responsibilities are completed.
• Balancing of daily postings and revenue
