Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
• Process registrations, room assignments, and payments.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Communicate hotel services, promotions, and local information.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financials.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations.
