Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to support the Front Office during the overnight shift at our resort in Arizona. The role includes completing the Night Audit checklist, balancing the day’s transactions, and generating reports for Food and Beverage audits.

The ideal candidate has strong cash-handling skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour with a Tuesday-Saturday overnight schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting education preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail essential.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; comfortable with basic math and cash handling.
• Prior front desk or hospitality experience is a plus; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
• Execute guest registration, issue unit keys, and provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions per procedures; balance cash receipts.
• Prepare and balance the Night Audit reports; update daily transactions.
• Coordinate with site accounting on daily transactions and billing backups.
• Assist with guest requests during the overnight shift and support other Front Office duties.
