The resort, located in Palm Springs, offers a vibrant hospitality culture with opportunities to grow within Hyatt Hotels around the world. Responsibilities include revenue allocation, daily reconciliations, and timely reporting, with duties across front desk and overnight operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office operations preferred.
• OPERA proficiency is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Audit procedures in accordance with hotel standards daily.
• Verify wake-up calls and ensure proper follow-up.
• Prepare front office for shifts and reset systems for the day’s business.
• Serve as Front Desk Host and Manager on Duty during overnight hours.
• Act as PBX operator during audit shifts.
